  4.     If you are installing version 2.70 over 2.60 then simply copy the
  5.     new SHOWCALL.EXE and SCSETUP.EXE over the old ones and read Section
  6.     2.1, Part D in the SHOWCALL.DOC file.

  8.     If you are installing 2.70 over top of version 2.00 to 2.50 then
  9.     copy the SHOWCALL.EXE & SCSETUP.EXE files over the older ones.
  10.     Then you MUST delete the old SHOWCALL.INI and SHOWCALL.DAT files.
  11.     Finally, run SCSETUP again to create a new initialization file.
  12.     If you are installing over version 1.x then you must remove all
  13.     traces of Show Call first.  Please see the SHOWCALL.DOC for
  14.     complete installation instructions.
